Lots of bakery items are made daily and are popular with tourists and regular customers to the market. On any given day, customers will enter the market and immediately notice the inviting scent of homemade cookies baking. Many varieties of cookies including chocolate chip, snickerdoodle, and sugar cakes , whoopie pies, dessert breads, many varieties of pies, and of course, the famous Lancaster County shoo fly pie are always on hand.
